Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer flat-rate shipping across the U.S. Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your gear from our studio to your street.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Blnk Chk Graphicz & Streetwear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your drip. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info.blnkchk7@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
